Oxygen and glucose deprivation/reoxygenation (OGD/R) induce cell injury in N2a cells. (A) Cell viability was determined by the Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay. (B) Cell death was determined by the lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) assay. (C,D) Apoptosis was evaluated by flow cytometry analysis. (E,F) Intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) was detected using an oxidation-sensitive fluorescent probe (DCFH-DA).
