Case 18: Basilar trunk containing a giant fusiform aneurysm (A, MRI; B, lateral projection by DSA). During the stent bridging, the distal end of the stent easily fell into the aneurysm cavity (C). Post-embolization angiograms showed contrast stasis (D). Dyna CT showed good vascular reconstruction (E). One day post-operation, the patient gradually presented dyspnea and hemiplegia.
