Wild-type N2 larvae and larvae with the sid-1 (qt2), sid-1 (pl3321) and sid-2 (qt13) mutations were either CI 1/300 exposed, fed on 100 ng of RNA from CI 1/300 exposed N2 (CI-RNA), or unexposed as control naive. Mean Migration Indices (MMI) to CI 1/300 of naive worms (A), of CI-exposed worms (B), of unexposed F1 worms from CI-exposed (C), and of CI-RNA fed worms (D), were determined as described (experimental repeats > 4).
