ITB administration alters the phospholipid concentrations regardless of OA-NO₂. OA-NO₂ administration increases phospholipid and SPB concentrations. Phospholipid concentrations were determined through phospholipid extraction and analysis in the BAL. SPB concentrations were determined through western blot of the large phospholipid aggregate fraction.
