Effect of treatment with Agarikon Plus, Agarikon.1 and 5-fluorouracil in various combinations on cytokine levels in serum supernatant of mice bearing CT26.WT tumors. Mice were sacrificed on the 28th day and cytokine level in serum supernatant was measured by ELISA kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions (Multi-Analyte ELISArray kit, Qiagen) for mouse. * Significantly different (* p < 0.05; ** p < 0.01; *** p < 0.001) in comparison with control group.
