CD38 activity is associated with elevated uric acid concentration in bronchoalveolar fluid during allergic airway inflammation. Wild-type (WT) and CD38 knockout (CD38KO) mice (n = 6–12/group) were intranasally challenged with house-dust mite (HDM) extract for 2 weeks.
