CD90 expression is enriched in scAT and scAT-derived cells compared to dnAT and dnAT-derived cells. (A–C) Paired adipose tissue samples derived from the deep neck (dn) and subcutaneous (sc) regions was obtained in a previous study [15]. The mRNA expression of CD90 was determined by RT-qPCR in (A) 8 independent adipose tissue stromal cells (ASC) samples, (B) 8 corresponding in vitro differentiated adipocyte samples, and (C) 15 independent whole tissue samples.
