CD90 knockdown has no impact on adipogenesis in human bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs). Human BMSCs were derived from 3 donors and transfected with CD90-targeting or scrambled (negative control, NC siRNA) siRNAs. (A,B) The down-regulation of CD90 surface expression was assessed by flow cytometry. (B) The mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) was normalized to control cells. (CF) CD90 and NC siRNA-transfected cells were subjected to adipogenic differentiation. (C) The amount of formed triglycerides was determined.
