Second protocol—without bonded lingual retainer (BLR) removal. Patient number three— 27-year-old male arrived with Miller Class III recessions both on the buccal and the lingual surfaces of tooth #41. Eight years passed since orthodontic treatment completion and lingual fixed retainer was maintained. Lingual retainer was not removed prior to surgery (A,B).
