Correction

PMCID: PMC7665272  PMID: 28794115

In the article by Mommersteeg et al, “Impaired Health Status, Psychological Distress, and Personality in Women and Men With Nonobstructive Coronary Artery Disease: Sex and Gender Differences: The TWIST (Tweesteden Mild Stenosis) Study,” which appeared in the February 2017 issue of the journal (Circ Cardiovasc Qual Outcomes. 2017;10:e003387), a correction was needed.

The authors of the study used a modified version of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire (SAQ). In addition, an error was made in the calculation of the subscales. Correction for this error impacted the mean scores of the subscales, but not the overall conclusions. Given that the modified SAQ does not reflect the SAQ as it was originally intended, the authors chose to remove the findings of the SAQ in the present paper.

The authors regret this error.

This correction has been made to the article, which is available at http://circoutcomes.ahajournals.org/content/10/2/e003387.
