System architecture. A scheduled R pipeline extracts data from the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW) nightly and from a FileMan export thrice daily, and loads this data in the application’s COVID19 database. The front end, including a Windows Authentication proxy and the Python-based web application, read from the application database and serve results to the user.
