GRV was extracted from PEG in all patients and it was discarded before the next dietary process. GRV has been considered suggestive for intolerance if it is ≥50% of the volume/h in continuous EN or if it is ≥50% of the bolus volume in intermittent EN over at least three consecutive evaluations following EN beginning.
