A, The primary composite end point consisted of cardiovascular death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, nonfatal stroke, coronary revascularization, and hospitalization for unstable angina. Median (Q1-Q3) observation time was 41.3 (36.0-47.5) months for patients receiving omega-3 CA and 41.4 (35.9-47.4) months for patients receiving corn oil. B, Core major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) included cardiovascular death, nonfatal myocardial infarction, and nonfatal stroke.
