HeLa and VeroE6 cells were treated with the indicated compounds and 2 h later inoculated with VEEV IC-SH3 (MOI = 0.1 and 0.01, respectively). After 20 h, cells were fixed and stained with antibodies against E2. High-content quantitative image-based analysis was used to measure relative infection rates.
