HEK cells were treated with vehicle/NaHS (100–1000 μM) for 24 h, washed and incubated with MTT for 4 h. Thereafter, the formazan crystals were dissolved in DMSO and the absorbance was read and the data are expressed as mean ± SEM percentage viability for n = 6.
