Apoptotic induction activities of emodin, resveratrol, aloe-emodin, rhein, chrysophanol, and physcion on A549 cells. Cells were treated with candidate drugs (6 µg/mL) for 24 h, and the apoptotic cells were detected by staining with Annexin V-FITC/PI followed by flow cytometry analysis.
