Among individuals 70–79 years of age with high genetic risk (blue framing), 10-year absolute risk increased 60–80% depending on the burden of cardiovascular risk factors. Diabetes status, smoking status, and educational level were the best discriminating factors by Cox regressions and/or LASSO regressions.
