Overexpression of miR-218 inhibits the migration of NCI-H157 and XWLC-05 cells. Wound healing assay was used to assess the migration ability of NCI-H157 and XWLC-05 cells transfected with plasmids. Uniform scratches were made and the serial images were captured at 0, 24, 30 and 72 h respectively following transfection. Representative images of wound healing area of (A) NCI-157 and (B) of XWLC-05 cells in each group are shown (magnification, ×40; scale bar, 200 µm).
