Overexpression of AtUGT76C2 enhanced ROS scavenging in the transgenic plants. Four-week-old WT and AtUGT76C2 overexpression rice plants were subjected to 200 mM NaCI and 250 mM PEG treatments for 12 h, respectively. Then the transcript levels (A) and activities of ROS scavenging enzymes (B) were determined. These experiments were done at three independent biological replicates.
