Knockout of APOBEC3B suppresses the increased mutation frequency after irradiation. Mutation frequency was measured using the HPRT assay. Cells were treated with HAT, irradiated with 2 Gy X-ray and incubated with 6-TG for 3 weeks after 7 days of phenotype expression. The percentages of point mutations, partial deletions and total deletions detailed in Table 1 are plotted. Data are presented as mean ± SEM.
