Effect of sodium butyrate on the viability of bovine macrophages. Bovine macrophages incubated with different concentrations of sodium butyrate (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2 mM) for 15 h, then stimulated with 5 μg/ml LPS for 3 h. The cell viability was assayed by CCK-8 method.
