ASB7 subcellular localization in mouse oocyte. Oocytes at GV, Pre-Metaphase I, Metaphase I, Anaphase I, and Metaphase II stages were immunolabeled with ASB7 antibody (green) and counterstained with propidium iodide (PI; red) for DNA.
