a ρVP and b ρVC of 1H-WSe2(1−x)Te2x as a function of temperature. In both cases, the alloys are found to sustain valley properties at elevated temperatures when compared to pure WSe2 (x = 0). Measurements in both panels are done with 1.96 eV excitation. The solid lines are guides to the eye and the error bars are equal to one standard deviation.
