Brefeldin A and 25-HC sensitivity of GFP-SCAP localization in ZR-82 cells. (A,B) ZR-82 cells transfected with GFP-SCAP were treated with brefeldin A (5 μg/ml) for 30 min. (A) Cells were immunostained for GFP-SCAP using a chicken polyclonal anti-GFP antibody and giantin. (B) Cells were immunostained for GFP-SCAP and GRP78. (C) ZR-82 cells transfected with GFP-SCAP were treated with 10 μg/ml 25-HC for 18 h and immunostained for GFP-SCAP and giantin. DAPI was used for nuclear staining.
