The right eye (A) had mild elevation of inferior optic disc (white arrowheads) with associated retinal hemorrhages superiorly and inferiorly (black arrowheads). The left eye (B) had sharp margins with flame-shaped hemorrhages (arrowheads) inferiorly near the optic disc and extending along the inferior arcade.
