Downregulation of IUR in LSCC predicted poor survival. Differential expression of IUR (A), p53 (C), miR-24 (D) in LSCC was analyzed by measuring the expression levels of IUR in both LSCC and non-tumor tissues collected from the 60 patients with LSCC. Data were compared by paired t-test. PCR reactions were repeated 3 times and mean values were presented ***p < 0.001. The 60 LSCC patients were divided into high and low IUR level groups (n = 30) with the median value of IUR expression in LSCC tissues as cutoff score. K-M method was used to plot survival curves and Log rank test was used to compare survival curves (B).
