Figure 7.

A through C show the degradation in terms of mass percent for 50 wt% PEGDA nanoparticles with co-monomers: 10 mol% HDDMA (Inline graphic), 30 mol% HDDMA (Inline graphic), 10 mol% DSDMA (Inline graphic), and 30% DSDMA (Inline graphic) in PBS with different amounts of GSH. This was determined by TGA of the remaining nanoparticles over time (n = 2). Degradation reported in (A) PBS, (B) 1 mM GSH, and (C) 10 mM GSH. Error bars present on all points; where not visible, the standard deviation is smaller than the data symbol.
