EqPD-L1 consists of a signal peptide, an extracellular region, a transmembrane region, and an intracellular region. (B) Phylogenetic tree of the EqPD-L1 sequence in relation to other vertebrate species. The bootstrap consensus tree was inferred from 1000 replicates with the neighbor-joining method using the MEGA 7.0 software. The scale indicates the divergence time. The GenBank accession numbers for the nucleotide sequences used in these analyses are listed in S3 Table.
