Overexpression of PLK1 inhibits the effect of miR-1224-5p on the expression of related proteins of PI3K/AKT/mTOR and EMT. After transfection of pc-NC, PLK1 and miR-1224-5p mimic+PLK1, the expression levels of EMT-related proteins E-cadherin, Vimentin, N-cadherin, ZEB1 (A) and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal pathway-related proteins p-PI3K, p-AKT, p-mTOR, PI3K, AKT and mTOR (B), in MG-63 cells and U2OS cells were detected by Western blot. *P < 0.05 vs mi-NC group; #P<0.01 vs PLK1 group.
