Parameters include: basal (C), baseline (D), ATP-linked (E), proton leak-linked (F); non-mitochondrial (G), total non-ATP-linked (H), maximal (I), and spare capacity (J). Cells were seeded at 75,000 cells/well and counted after the assay using a Cytation 5 after staining nuclei using Hoescht dye.
