Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) (T₂-weighthing (T₂W)) and Positron emission tomography (PET) images of [¹⁸F]CPFPX before (day 0) and at days 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 after cerebral ischemia in a representative rat. MRI-T₂W (A) and co-registered [¹⁸F]CPFPX PET- MRI-T₂W (B) axial images show the ischemic lesion evolution over one month after stroke onset.
