CircSLC19A1 was significantly up-regulated in PCa tissues and cells. (A) CircSLC19A1 expression in PCa tissues and the adjacent normal tissues was assessed by qRT-PCR, with GAPDH serving as a reference gene. (B) circSLC19A1 expression in RWPE-1, LNCaP, DU145, PC3 and 22RV1 cells was assessed by qRT-PCR, with GAPDH serving as a reference gene.
