Clinical response to neoadjuvant cabozantinib and nivolumab. Neoadjuvant therapy resulted in (A) tumor downstaging, with the dominant infiltrative lesion decreasing from 5.81 cm to 3.64 cm in maximum diameter (B) marked reduction in AFP, and (C) tumor necrosis and brisk immune infiltration by immunohistochemistry with CD3+T cells and CD20+B cells.
