For the family type consisting of a couple with one or more dependents, our sample included 40 employers in 2011 and 41 employers in 2012. For the family type consisting of a couple with no dependents, our sample included 40 employers in 2011 and 41 employers in 2012. For the family type consisting of a single subscriber with one or more dependents, our sample included 39 employers in 2011 and 41 employers in 2012. All regression models controlled for census region.
