NEAT1 overexpression enhanced the proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer SNU-16 cells in vitro. SNU-16 cells were transfected with NEAT1 targeted siRNA (si-NEAT1), negative control siRNA (si-NC), pcDNA3.1-NEAT1 overexpression vector (pcDNA-NEAT1) and blank vector plasmid (pcDNA-3.1), respectively. (A) Bioinformatics clarified that NEAT1 can directly interacted with miR-1224-5p. (B) Dual-luciferase reporter assays were performed to verify the impact of miR-1224-5p on the luciferase signal of reporters containing NEAT1. (C) The expression level of NEAT1 and miR-1224-5p was explored via RT-qPCR. (D) Cell proliferation was tested by CCK-8 assay. (E) Cell invasion was detected by transwell assay. (F) Cell migration was detected by wound healing assay. Data are shown as mean ± SD. **P < 0.01.
