NEAT1 knockdown inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of gastric cancer AGS cells in vitro. AGS cells were also transfected with NEAT1 targeted siRNA (si-NEAT1), negative control siRNA (si-NC), pcDNA3.1-NEAT1 overexpression vector (pcDNA-NEAT1) and blank vector plasmid (pcDNA-3.1), respectively. (A) The expression levels of NEAT1 and miR-1224-5p were explored via RT-qPCR. (B) Cell proliferation was tested by CCK-8 assay. (C and D) Cell invasion was detected by transwell assay.
