Viremia of A129 mice following viral challenge with virulent SBV. Blood from each vaccinated mouse was taken at 3, 6, 10 and 13 dpi. RNA was extracted from 100 µl of blood, and eluted in the same volume using the extraction technique described in the “Materials and methods” section. Values presented are the number of SBV genome copies/ml. Error bars are presented as the standard deviation from the mean.
