Effects of diosmin and diosmetin on lipid parameters in mice fed a HFHS diet. Diosmin and diosmetin lowered the levels of serum lipids, including TC and LDL‐C, in mice fed a HFHS diet. The levels of TC (a), LDL‐C (b), and HDL‐C (c) were significantly higher in mice fed a HFHS diet than in mice fed the ND, but diosmin consumption significantly reduced TC and LDL‐C levels. Diosmetin consumption slightly reduced the TC and LDL‐C levels. Values are presented as mean ± SE based on ANOVA (n = 10 mice per group).
