(A) StarBase v2.0 was used to analyze the expression of miR-19b-3p in the TCGA-ESCA database of esophageal cancer (including 162 cancer samples and 11 healthy samples). (B) RT-qPCR was used to compare the expression of miR-19b-3p in the plasma of healthy controls and patients with esophageal cancer (n=67). U6 was used as the internal reference gene of miRNA.
