The prostacyclin receptor (IP receptor) mRNA expression levels were upregulated and 6‐keto‐PGF1α secretion levels in mouse tumor endothelial cells (mTEC) were higher than those in mouse normal endothelial cells (mNEC). (A) Relative expression of the IP receptor mRNA in mTEC (melanoma and renal cell carcinoma endothelial cells [EC]) and mNEC (skin and kidney EC) was measured using real‐time RT‐PCR. *< 0.01; Mann–Whitney U‐test (mean ± SD,= 3).
