Corticosteroids inhibited mtROS generation. We gave LPS‐primed macrophages dexamethasone treatment stimulated followed by nigericin (Nig) (20 µmol/L) for 15 min. MitoTracker was used to detect mitochondria, MitoSOX Red was used to detect ROS, and DAPI was used to stain the nuclei of the cells. A, Dexamethasone inhibited ROS generation by flow cytometry.
