Entry and release of PRCoV Bel85 on well-differentiated porcine tracheal epithelial cell (wdPTECs). PRCoV Bel85 was used to infect wdPTECs an 1 × 10³ FFU, and 96 h later, the apical and the basolateral medium were collected for focus-forming assay in ST cells. The results were shown as means ± SEM of six wdPTECs from three independent donors. The dashed line was the detection limit for the foci-forming assay.
