Cytoskeletal filaments decorate the CCV. HeLa cells were infected with C. burnetii at an MOI of 50. At 72 h post-infection, cells were fixed and stained with Phallotoxin-647 for actin, or with tubulin- and cytokeratin 18-specific antibodies by indirect immunofluorescence (green).
