The primer set flanking the N80 ssDNA library was adopted from Schütze’s previous paper [38] to be devoid of hairpin, dimer, and heterodimer-forming sequences. The forward primer region (blue) and reverse primer region (red) of the screened-out aptamers are highlighted in Table 2, respectively.
