Indicated fusion proteins were transiently co‐expressed in Nicotiana cells via Agrobacterium. nYFP and cYFP represent N‐ and C‐terminal halves of the YFP protein, respectively. Phot1 homodimerization was used as a positive control. Representative confocal images show reconstitution of YFP fluorescence upon interaction. Representative images of negative controls are shown in Figure S1. Quantitative measurements of the interaction are plotted based on total YFP fluorescence in test and control infiltrations (n = 7).
