EZH2 regulate trophoblast autophagy and proliferation through mTOR signaling pathway. (A) The levels of EZH2, p-mTOR, p-S6K1, and autophagy associated proteins were examined in JEG-3 and HTR-8 cells transfected with EZH2 overexpression plasmid and treated with m-TOR inhibitor PQR620 under hypoxic conditions by western blot. (B,C) Cell proliferation was evaluated by a CCK-8 assay and EdU flow cytometry.
