Exogenous NAA upregulated VvCKX5 gene expression in VR cells. VR cells were treated with excess amounts of NAA or kinetin. Total RNA was isolated from VR cells and subjected to real-time RT-PCR. Actin was used as an internal control. Data were calculated as gene expression level relative to actin gene expression level.
