Table 1.

Effect of the combined deficiencies of NTRC and Trxs y on Fv/Fm. The maximum PSII quantum yield was determined as variable fluorescence (Fv) to maximal fluorescence (Fm), Fv/Fm, in dark adapted leaves of plants grown under short-day conditions for 5 weeks. Fv/Fm values (±SD) are the average of measurements from 8 (WT, trxx and trxy1y2), 15 (ntrc and ntrc-trxy1y2) and 21 (ntrc-trxx) plants. Letters indicate significant differences (p < 0.05) determined by one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s post-test.
