The E3 aptamer targets PDX tumors in vivo. PDX CRC119x colorectal tumors were established in the right flank of NOD/ScID mice. Tumor-bearing mice were injected via tail vein with 2 nmol of AF750-E3 (n = 3) or of control AF750-C36 (n = 2) and imaged for NIR fluorescence.
