Fas is up-regulated in EAB cells. (A and B) MD4 BoyJ mice were given a mixture of CTV-labeled splenocytes that were 20% Faslpr/lpr and 80% WT (CD45.1/2). Histograms show Fas expression among transferred naive cells, EAB cells, or GC B cells that were Faslpr/lpr (red) or WT (CD45.1/2; gray) in mLNs 5 d after transfer (A).
